Jeff has practiced law in Carlsbad, New Mexico, since 1976. He was born in Manhattan, N.Y., in 1950, grew up in Lakewood, New Jersey, graduating from the Hun School of Princeton in 1968. I graduated from college in 1971. I took a year off to work for Marsh & McLellan in NYC. In 1972 I applied to the University of Toledo for law school. I served a year on the law school governing board. Upon graduation, I relocated to York, Pa., to serve as the sole law clerk for the judges of Pennsylvania’s 19th District.
